Attention Novice Real Estate Flippers/Rehabbers: TLC's #1 hit show "Property Ladder" is coming back to Houston, TX!
Are you new to property rehabbing or "flipping?" You can have your upcoming flip project featured on an episode of TLC's hit documentary-style show "Property Ladder!" Our highly experienced expert host will work with you and provide countless money-saving tips and tricks. In addition, you will be compensated for your time. We will be interviewing additional prospective participants from the Houston area throughout the month of February and into March. If you or anyone you know fit the qualifications below and are interested in learning more about this exciting program, please contact our casting department as soon as possible!
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Property rehabber must not have flipped more than three times.
- Must be rehabbing with the intent to sell.
- Must have closed escrow or be in the process of closing.
- Must OWN a property (or will OWN one by February /March) that you intend to flip and HAVE NOT STARTED WORK ON.
