I would like to give one of your sponsors first hand praise...
I found a townhouse that I really liked in a great area... but was having some trouble with financing... not because of bad credit but I have started work as a contract driver for a courier service recently so I don\'t have more than two years employment history.
The finance company that did my loan pre-qualification and was going to finance my new home... asked for a lot of very personal information, including copies of the cancelled checks for my last two years rent(both front and back of each)... as I had been renting from an individual his signature and account # were on each... needless to say I had a problem with divulging this information.
I was but three days from closing when this finance company raised the interest rate on my loan for the fourth time since the beginning of our transaction...
So I made a quick phone call to Zeus Mortgage... since I drive for a living and can\'t speak with ease during business hours... my transfer of information to them was done in short sentences and a lot of \"hold please\" from my end.
My first call was handled in about 15 minutes... I had a lower \"locked\" in mortgage rate. Juan was very patient with my frustration from the previous service with the other company. He handed my file over to Robin who took care of the transfer of info from the previous firm and I was ready to close within four days. They were glad to answer all my questions, very professional and understanding.
I'm very impressed with the service I received with them and just had to tell you guys Thanks for the boost in the right direction...
