My wife and I have recently joined the Rich Club and are very serious about beginning investing. Any advice for newbies would be greatly appreciated. Not looking for the get rich quick gimmicks, not interested in helping anyone supplement their income by charging thousands for the so-called mentor programs. I'm a Realtor that works mostly as a buyers agent and have a fairly large number of contacts of individuals looking to lease homes. (that's why I'm here) I'm looking for creative ways to acquire some properties and lease them out. If you have any information and you're truly interested in helping others learn from your experience all advice is welcomed. Has anyone actually setup a land contract, if so, I would like to ask a few questions. I can be reached at 832-526-3389.
